Senga is fully committed to a total quality management and continuous improvement philosophy. It begins with a careful review of project specifications and the exhaustive inspection of first article components, and continues to the ongoing evaluation of finished product. First Article inspection is performed throughout each manufacturing process. All systems and processes are ISO 9002 compliant. Senga had achieved ISO 9002:1994 Certification back on June 15, 2001, but elected not to renew to the old standard in an effort to become AS 9100 registered, expected registration (first quarter 2008).
