To align with the increased volume, complexity of parts and orders, Senga Engineering doubled the QC department and has expanded its department to over 3,500 sq. feet. Senga Engineering is now utilizing (9) CMM Inspection Machines. (2) Large CMM Hexagon global machines have been put in place. The machine has a 40”x36”x36” measuring capacity and utilizes analog scanning.
The QC department has also implemented the Keyence LNM office assistant. The program is fully automated and offers the highest measurement accuracy of its class.
Since the expansion, the quality department has sustained a delivery quality score of over 98%. Delivery time has reached 94% on-time delivery. Senga’s high-quality standards have enabled strong relationships with our customers.
