Eliminate Defects
Eliminate Rec. Inspection
Serialization and Documentation

Senga Engineering's strong desire to make complex, quality parts has been implemented by utilizing sophisticated CMM Inspections, on the shop floor, at critical machine centers. What this means, we inspect the parts immediately, right off the machine. The benefit is quicker results for more consistent and more accurate machining. There is no disconnect between the operator and Quality. During Final Inspection, 6-sigma data is compiled, and final validation is performed prior to shipment. This means we can deliver high volume runs with detailed traceability.

1
Phase 1: Project Review
  • submit your drawing and Request for Quote (RFQ)
  • our team will analyze and develop the Bill-of-materials along with the manufacturing & Inspection planning.
  • electronic quote will be sent to the client which will include the Part Number, Revision level, quantity price breaks, any Outside Services required, and turn-time for delivery.
2
Phase 2: Manufacturing
  • Manufacturing team will organize and procure the necessary materials and create a project plan.
  • New set-ups will undergo a through first article inspection for approval prior to production.
  • Manufacturing Team will schedule and assign the appropriate Multi-axis CNC equipment
  • Production team performs critical in-process inspections using Keyence and shop-floor CMMs to assure conformity to print.
3
Phase 3: Finalize Shipment
  • We offer many added value services such as plating, anodizing, etc.
  • Our kitting department will then properly assemble, kit, mark, or package your components.
  • A Certificate of Conformance (C of C) will be generated along with the inspection reports, material certs, and processing certs.
  • Parts will then be delivered to your company already thoroughly assessed and inspected by our quality team.

to support critical industries.

The FDA requires documented quality standards for manufacturing of medical devices. Senga Engineering adheres to those exacting standards for quality, workmanship and process flow. We are committed to producing dependable quality parts with tight tolerances using qualified machine set-ups, manufacturing exactly to the engineering blueprints, and adhering to ISO 9002:2015 quality standards for manufacturing medical devices. Our shop floor capacity can handle small quantity R&D parts to huge multi-year production life cycles utilizing our dock-to-stock program and with production capable CNC machines (LPP). We produce parts for many of the top-tiered medical device companies and many of the top medical schools. Our kitting and project management team is capable of assembling, marking, packaging and drop-shipping of parts. Our warehousing unit is dedicated to delivering parts over-time from blanket orders.

Flight vehicles are subjected to demanding conditions such as those produced by changes in atmospheric pressure and temperature along with tremendous structural loads applied upon vehicle components. Consequently, they are usually the products of various technological and engineering disciplines including aerodynamics, propulsion, avionics, materials science, structural analysis and manufacturing. Because of the complexity and number of disciplines involved, aerospace engineering is carried out by teams of engineers, each having their own specialized area of expertise. Senga’s multi-axis turned and milled CNC manufactured parts meet the exacting standards for Aerospace. Senga is AS9100/D certified. In addition, our ITAR certification further demonstrate our desire for product quality with security. No matter what the raw material is: Titanium, Inconel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Delrin, Brass or Steel, Senga can manufacture it to your blue-print.

Aerospace

Senga has been manufacturing connectors for over 37 plus years, and has machined all types of connectors for a wide range of different applications, from fiber optics to military specs connectors to electrical interconnect hardware for harsh environments and aerospace applications. One capability we have, that is quite unique for job shops, is our ability to BROACH. This capability has enabled us be a premiere supplier to many of the top connector manufacturers. Senga's CNC machines have the capability to broach and thread parts all in one location for faster and more accurate machining. These machines are custom designed to allow Senga the ability to produce keys, keyways, slots, double-start threads, triple-start threads, keyway clockings, and intermade abilities on both the ID and OD surfaces.

Connectors

Senga is constantly evolving and upgrading to the newest CNC machinery (Multi-task machining with 5, 9, 10 and 11-axis turning and 5 axis horizontal pallet milling) to keep up with the ever changing energy industry and all the while maintaining the strength and integrity of the original design. Senga has decades of experience manufacturing connectors, adapters, and many other intricate parts for both the Oil/Natural Gas Industry and the Renewable-Energy Industry. Misc. services include: CPK, serialization, 100% CMM reporting, batch lot logistics and many more. Senga's Quality Assurance Department is dedicated to ensuring product conformity using the latest CMMs, inspection equipment, and inspection processes to help your company eliminate on-site inspection.

Energy

Senga has been a part of a variety of projects for the Defense/Military industry, including but not limited to: optics, weapon components, military-grade electronic chassis, surveillance equipment, and UAVs. Using multi-task machining, 5-axis lathes and mills, and horizontal mills Senga has the capability to machine complex part dimensions and angles. Our company is ITAR controlled and is a small veteran owned business.
