A Collaborator on Custom Solutions for Crucial Components
Since 2000, Mike’s broad expertise and knowledge of CNC technologies has been fundamental to partnerships with Senga’s clients across a range of critical industries, all of whom rely on Senga for consistent and accurate precision CNC machining.
Mike is also Senga’s lead AS9100:D auditor, which adds value to customer conversations about parts, machining, materials, and processes early in the production cycle. Mike’s role as an auditor includes overseeing conformity assessments, effectiveness evaluations, and identifying improvement opportunities.
Hands-On Support to Maximize Growth
As the Business Development Manager at Senga, Mike works closely with customers and prospects to craft the custom precision solutions that they need. As an Account Manager, Mike provides hands-on customer service and helps new and existing customers discover opportunities to maximize growth and iterate on the production process.
Before joining Senga, Mike earned a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from California State University, Fullerton. He also completed two years of professional business development training at Sandler Sales.
When he’s not in the office or on the manufacturing floor, you’ll probably find Mike attending sporting events, both professional and special needs athletes, spending time with his Jack Russell Terrier Billy Ray, or quite possibly both.
