Senga Engineering is looking for an experienced CNC professional to lead our Multi-Task/Mill-Turn operations. You don’t need to spend your day behind a desk—we’re looking for someone who enjoys programming, setup, solving machining problems, improving processes, and helping other machinists succeed.
You’ll work with advanced equipment including DMG MORI NTX-1000, Okuma MULTUS, and DN Solutions PUMA SMX2100ST.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and support CNC machinists and setup operators.
- Program and set up complex Multi-Task/Mill-Turn jobs.
- Troubleshoot programs, tooling, fixtures, and machining issues.
- Optimize CAM programs, tooling, feeds/speeds, and cycle times.
- Support first-piece prove-outs and difficult setups.
- Improve quality, repeatability, and production performance.
- Coordinate workflow and machine assignments with the production team.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of CNC machining, setup, and programming experience.
- Strong experience with Multi-Task/Mill-Turn machining.
- Experience with NTX, MULTUS, DN Solutions PUMA SMX, or similar equipment.
- Strong CNC programming and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read complex blueprints and GD&T.
- Experience machining complex, tight-tolerance parts.
- ESPRIT CAM experience highly preferred.
- Leadership experience is a plus — strong senior machinists/programmers ready to step into leadership are encouraged to apply
- Experience with AS9100, aerospace, medical, JobBOSS, or HighQA is a plus.
