Senga Engineering utilizes the most sophisticated and exacting CNC machines to produce Industrial components, from Hydrogen Fueling, Cryogenic Pumps, Housings, Fixtures, Manifolds, Connectors, and many others. We machine from Billet, Castings, and Forgings from small to large, weighing as much as 80 pounds pre-machined.
We machine-to-print many parts that are utilized in EXTREMELY Harsh Environments; such as, high pressure valves with microsecond open and close, hermetically sealed connectors, and dynamically balanced impellors that rotate at high RPM.

Senga Engineering offers more than just multi-axis CNC machining including: Design for Manufacturability, Kitting, Sub-assembly, Processing (link to Additional Capabilities) through our supply chain partners, and 3-D Printing. Utilizing sophisticated in-process, on the shop floor CMM inspections, Senga can deliver dock-to-stock bypassing your need for receiving inspection.
Our shop floor capacity can handle small quantity R&D parts, that have a pathway to production, to large multi-year production life cycles by taking advantage of our Palletized Milling Capacity, both for Horizontal & 5-axis work centers, for qualified machine set-ups. Once a set-up is qualified, it is stored for repeat use allowing us to ship annual contracts incrementally without having to incur unnecessary set-ups.
