As Senga’s Quality Assurance Manager, Lou is responsible for maintaining the company’s reputation for precision and “dock-to-stock” production through rigorous inspections and analysis.
Ensuring the Highest Standards of Quality & Compliance
Lou leverages more than two decades in the aerospace field to oversee the facility’s quality management system (QMS) and AS9100:D compliance.
Before joining the aerospace industry, Lou earned an Associate Degree from the University of California, Riverside. Lou’s eye for precision and Senga’s commitment to quality and accuracy have been an ideal match since Lou joined the team in 2023.
Lou lives in Riverside, California, and welcomed his first grandson to the family in November 2023 (Congratulations, Lou!). When he isn’t at Senga, he enjoys fishing and family time.
