As Senga’s COO and a member of the executive team, Kelly oversees all aspects of Senga. She specializes in using innovative technology and techniques to reduce manufacturing costs, improve labor, and increase material efficiencies. In simple terms, Kelly’s “can do” attitude moves mountains to help Senga customers.
Fostering Strategic Growth to Achieve Client & Organizational Goals
Kelly joined Senga in 2021 with more than 35 years of experience in new product development and over a decade of experience in operations. She manages the company’s strategic growth and is responsible for developing Senga’s world-class manufacturing team.
Kelly earned a BS and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. She has been published multiple times in technical journals, holds three patents, and has earned a Six Sigma yellow belt certification. Kelly specializes in data analytics and has also earned two SEMA awards.
Kelly lives in Dove Canyon, California, and is a frequent speaker at high school and college STEM events, where she encourages young people to investigate careers in engineering.
